How to Use Pro on Your Other Devices

Because Deleix Invoice Maker operates completely client-side with zero server databases, your license is tied to your cryptographic key rather than a traditional username and password account. To activate Pro on another computer, laptop, or mobile phone:

1. Copy your license key displayed above.
2. Open invoice-maker.deleix.com on your second device.
3. Navigate to the Pricing page or click the "Enter License Key" action in the header.
4. Paste your key into the activation box and click "Activate". Your Pro entitlements will unlock instantly.

Quick-Start Guide to Your New Pro Capabilities

Now that your license is active, you have full access to our complete commercial convenience suite. Here is how to make the most of your Pro workflow:

• Add Your Business Logo: Click the "Add Business Logo" control in the seller information panel. You can select any high-resolution PNG or JPEG image. Your browser will automatically downscale it to a crisp 400px maximum width using client-side canvas technology. Your logo remains stored exclusively on your device and will be rendered cleanly in your downloaded PDF invoices.
• Select an Executive Document Theme: Open the theme selector in the editor settings. Choose from 8 carefully balanced color schemes—such as Executive Slate, Formal Navy, Minimal Charcoal, or Nordic Pine—all engineered for high visual contrast and executive document readability.
• Build Your Local Client Address Book: When creating invoices for recurring clients, click "Save Client Profile". Future invoices will autocomplete client company names, addresses, and tax identifiers with a single keystroke.
• Duplicate Recurring Retainers: Never re-type recurring line items from scratch. Use the "Duplicate Invoice" action to advance the sequential invoice number, update the issue date to today, and retain all existing line items and terms.
• Export Financial Records to CSV: Access your local invoice history log anytime to track draft, sent, and paid statuses, and export a clean CSV summary for your quarterly accountant review.

Confirmation & Key Recovery

A plain-text copy of your license key, along with receipt documentation and a direct link to manage your subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal, has been sent to the billing email address you provided at checkout. If you ever lose access to this key or switch web browsers, you can retrieve it at any time using our License Key Restore Form.
